Michael Danver, a retired heart surgeon, finds a mysterious door in the cove and becomes obsessively fixated on it, while Raj Subador, a local resident, starts experiencing disorienting visions and an uncontrollable urge to draw strange symbols. As the town’s residents become increasingly entangled in these bizarre events, Cory’s telekinetic abilities and his connection to a malevolent presence, which he calls the 'gnome,' grow stronger.
